Strano have called you guys several times over the past 2 weeks and left message with no response, I am ready to buy a new set-up for my car but have a few questions, I know you guys are busy but could someone pm me? thanks.

It's just one guy, Sam. I would call again and leave another message. Sam was always pretty quick to get back with my questions. Definetly worth the wait.

funny I just called him this morning and he answered right away. You just gotta ring his phone when he is not real busy. I just got lucky I guess. Try PM here on tech and maybe he will PM you back.

I have gotten a few messages that had numbers I could not understand (this happens a lot with cell phones and/or people that speak quickly, or kind of mumble a bit).
I've not been near my voicemail today, in fact it's taking me on average about 2 days to get to messages lately.
You can try back, as it is I'm going as fast as I can while still trying to talk to folks on an individual basis.

Most folks just assume that and are surprised when I call them back. PM is not recommended unless the question is easy. I get terribly bad detail (often no detail) that way and my answer is met with 15 more PM's back and forth.

I've had number with no area codes. Numbers that trail off at the end where I can't understand them. Static causes a number or 4 to be unintelligible. Sometimes folks leave no number. Or a number with no other message at all. You name it.
It's part of doing a lot of work on the phone. And it's all fine, until someone gets bent out of shape because I didn't call them back. There is usually a reason for that.

A few years ago, or a few months ago? Neither was a victim of the economy. Frankly I've never been busier....
The girl a few months ago moved. The one a few years ago was bonkers, I found that way too late too. So, you see, sometimes in the midst of my own insanity I have to remember that at least I don't have to deal with other's versions too.
