Default when do i need sfc's??

i was just wondering when i need some sfc's?? i run the mods in sig, i really couldnt tell if the body was twisting becuase my g/f filmed from the back of the car... but i can tell that i lifted the tire.. i cut 1.6 60's with mods in sig??

im debating on gears or this or some other things, im tryin to find out what i need the most next and what will i benifit from the most!!

Well, considering that they are a cheap and easy mod that can do nothing but help with chassis rigidity and structural soundness, I'd say get 'em as soon as you can! I don't think theres a major ground clearance issue with most brands,and the added weight isn't that much, so just do it!

Sub frames just help's you car from twisting on a hard launch and makes it go straight and not flex as much...

The day you buy a F-body you need the SFC.

well ill jump in and ask which type are better, weld or bolt in? tubular or boxed?
(had my Fbody a week so far)

I second that notion. I welded mine in about two months after I bought the car. Take it through some cloverleafs, you'll feel the difference...

the weld-in type are Zero maintenance.....(no need for adjustments)

the Boxed type provide more ridgidity; don't know how much though..
BMR is pretty good and before their improved desing on the Boxed SFCs, ground clearance was an issue and the tubular design was advertised as the low clearance model. I have the newer boxed design and have no issues with ground clearance... as a matter of fact the Y-pipe hangs lower than the SFCs.
