Anytime you change the ride height it is going to affect the alignment atleast a little bit. Changing up the ride height a 1/2" or less really shouldn't affect the alignment too much but if you are worried the least bit you could have the alignment checked after the spacers are installed.

Yeah I removed the sway bar , but its still not eneough to even get one spacer in there. thats what long L kinda shaped peice that goes from the rotor to the top of the spring? theres a cotter pin holding the castle nut on. If I remove that will I screw myself on my spring? IE compressing it

No, you wont screw yourself, but it doesnt just "unbolt". It will require some persuasion. I like to whack it once with a 20lb sledge. Others use fork or hammer guns. It's not difficult to undo and reassemble as long as you have tools, time, place, and know how.

You are talking about where the upper control arm and spindle bolt together. If you remove that cotter pin out of the castle nut and remove the nut and hit the spindle with a hammer a few times you can get that to break free and you will have more than enough clearance to get that spacer in between the shock and the a-arm. Once you get the spacer mounted in there you can bolt everything back up and make sure you use a cotter pin on that castle nut and you will be good to go. Doing this will have no affect on the spring at all.
