Angry Driving me nuts!!!

Ok so recently I installed Koni SA 4/4s and BMR springs......no problem once installed and car drove FABULOUS......now however whenever I go over a bump or there is uneven payment I can hear a CLUNKING sound which sounds like its coming from the rear driver's side.....whch is MAKING ME GO INSANE!!! Car still feels nice and tight and launches straight from what I can tell. Checked the end links and the bolts up top on the shocks.....everything seems nice and tight but I still can't find the issue.....sounds like a CLUNKING sound every time.....bounced the car up and down and can't duplicate the sound.....HELP PLEASE>.......I greased the LCAs and pan hard bar and still the same issue.....HELP ANYBODY!!!

The sound is coming from the passenger side rear? Where there any other changes done to the car at the same time of this install?

Where your exhaust goes over your rear end it where mine was hitting. Especially after lowering it. Had to tweak it a little but might be your culprit. I heard mine even at idle, and sometimes when driving. I know you are saying driver side but maybe is just where it coming out at.

Indeed. I would say it's your exhaust "over axle" is hitting your panhard. It's a tight fit and lowering tends to move the body (exhaust is mounted to the body) slightly closer. I'm confident that this will be your problem and you should check it out with the suspension loaded. You'll probably find it's very close to hitting and when the exhaust is jostled it bangs.

Thanks fellas I will look into in a bit......I did notice some scraping marks in the area that has been discussed, however I thought it was coming from the driver side....however that makes sense that when the left side is jostled that it makes the exhaust hit...Hell right now Ill try ANYTHING so thanks!!

I have a foinders pan hard bar and had a clunk after install .. went back and made sure the rod ends were aligned properly.. still no change .. turned out the jam nuts were ( not loose) but not 100% tight and the noise went away...
