Default Founders Performance Torque Arm

General discussion thread; Perhaps to show some interest in the product's release date, get updates, and dare I say it....

Maybe get a good deal on the first "X" amount of orders / pre-orders?

I've been willing to literally THROW my money at it. Let's get something going.

Founders, give us an update!

I'm guessing a lot of you are burnt out with the "waiting game."

Hopefully a rep from Founders will see this and give us an update. I'm sure a lot of us have questions as well and this is the perfect platform for us to ask...

No doubt, I'm ready to just drop more coin and get the BMR or UMI version. One thing that really bothers me is note being told the truth, I've waited for 9 months to order one of these. I'm very pleased with the products I have so far from them but its starting to get old pretty quick..

I wrote Founders at the end of January and asked, they told me

"Yes we have them in the works. We are hoping to have them available in the next 2-3 Months. We have both a long and short tunnel version designed. We are still up in the air on which one we will end up producing. The tunnel mount will cost less as we would not have to make as many different crossmembers. Either way our crossmembers will be standard for dual/larger exhaust and have a driveshaft loop."

I'd just be happy if they'd poke their head in here and post. I've sent several emails already.

Teaser pics.... SOMETHING to stoke the fire....

Hey Everyone,

I really doubt we will ever be able to get a price in the Founders range (honestly don't know how they make any money) But we could possibly be interested in a group purchase if we can get enough buyers and do it for the same item?

Our torque arms are proven to be reliable and take the abuse... they are also USA made right here at UMI.

Just a thought. If we can see enough interest I can come up with a price!

I love my umi torque arm!!! Didn't have time to wait on founder. But I do have some founder lca adjustable and it took forever to get them and IMO their customer service was poor. If I was guys waitin on them, I'd just go with umi but that's just my opinion.

I'm not trying to be a dick here, Ryan, but this is a thread about Founders Performance products. There is NO DOUBT you guys make excellent products, and if they were more in my price range, I'd be all over them. I just think it's bad form posting that. Nobody is saying you can't but....

We are waiting for our proprietary bushings to arrive from Energy Suspension. Torque arms need to rotate/articulate along with plunging forward and backward to allow proper movement to keep the suspension from binding. Unlike the shackle style mounts our bushing design will allow for the proper articulation needed. We will be releasing a tunnel mount torque arm very soon with a driveshaft loop standard for only $293.99.
