Default Squeaking front suspension? '99 T/A

My driver side front suspension has been squeaking uncontrollably at lower speeds (0-30) and when turning left at higher speeds, the sound isn't quite as bad at higher speeds, but it's still enough to aggravate the **** out of me. Everything is stock except for bilstein shocks, I think the shock is the problem. I press down on the front of the car and it squeaks then also. Looking to get strano springs/koni str.t's in the next few weeks. Anyone know of anything else it could be? Thanks in advance.

I'd be inclined to think it's the sway-bar bushings and/or worn out end link bushings.

Neither wheel had any play at all at the 12 and 6 o'clock position but both had a little at the 9 and 3 position, so I don't think the ball joints are bad. It has 140xxx miles, reconstructed title, but it drives great and tires wear evenly.

The only other thing I can think of is that the nut on the shock shaft has loosened up causing it to move creating the squeaks you're hearing.
I'd still try spraying the sway-bar mount bushings with some silicone lube first to see for sure if that the source of the squeaks.

I don't think it's sway bar bushings either. I forgot to mention when I was pressing down on the car, the noise was coming from the upper area like at the top of the shock. I noticed there's a black rubber piece about the size of your hand above the shock. I can't remember what it's called, that wouldn't be making the noise, would it?

No, but the shock shaft moving within the Upper mounts metal sleeve would cause it squeak.
