I can't speak to your exact combo but I've had a Lakewood DS loop on my car for some years. I have a Founders Perf torque arm with a UMI trans TA relocation crossmember. I have at least .5 inch between the TA and the DS loop. There is actually more room with the Founders TA than with the stock TA in the area of the DS loop. Out of the box it didn't fit good. I had to slot the mount holes in the DS loop to get it to fit, after that no problems. You could get one from Summit Racing and see how it fits your set-up. If you don't like it send it back.

Here's a link to a single post with some pics of the DS loop and TA

The MWC loop will fit with no issues and not have to worry about returning it.

I have a Lakewood and a UMI fixed TA and no problems.
I do not have a 4L80E though. The only difference there
ought to be what's holding the nose, which is well away
from where the DSL sits. If the nose mount geometry
matches stock, then you should be fine. But that is a
question, how is the 4L80E & TA mount currently installed?
