constant clunking sound
i have been having a constant clunking/banging sound coming from my car that seems to basically show up when im going faster then about 20 mph. It is constant and seems to get worse when i am turning the wheel for example if im on the highway and it curves. It doesn't matter which way i turn the wheel as it will get worse whether im turning it left or right but seems to be a litttle worse when turned left. I replaced the front passenger wheel hub a few months ago because it had gone bad but it kinda sounds like the sound is still coming from the front passenger side mainly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

So it doesn't do it at all when you are going straight? I'd start by checking for play in things like ball joints - jack the car, pull on top, bottom of wheel, left to right to see if anything is worn. Wouldn't hurt to check both sides just in case your ears are playing tricks on you.

Can you feel the clunk through the steering wheel or in the floor pan at all? A worn outer tie rod would cause similar issues to what you are describing as well and can be felt in the steering wheel. Also check the rearward lower control arm bushing, they are bad about splitting and having some play in them that is often felt through the floor.

One way to tell if the bearing is bad is if it feels like it has a gritty feeling when you rotate the assembly. A good wheel bearing has a nice smooth resistance but won't feel like it's full of sand. You may also notice a slightly more negative static camber. As others have said, jack it up and pull on the wheel top and bottom, side to side, and if it's bad you'll feel a little bit of play.
