Where to purchase rotors/pads
I'm looking for rear rotors/ pads for my 99 z28. I don't want to spend a million dollars but don't want cheap ones either. I was looking towards brake motive brand or hawk performance. Where would the cheapest place to purchase them be? I've tried searching them but just want to make sure I get the best price I can. Thanks

I didn't think to check eBay but ill have to look there now then if it's only 160 for all 4 corners. Are they slotted, drilled, both or plain Jane rotors? Which brand pad would you recommend for mostly street use with some track time. I don't want ones that have a lot off brake fist either if possible.

I also have Brakemotive on my 1999 TA. Four years of summer driving with no problems.

i bought raybestos pads for my truck last summer from rockauto, had the backing plate separate causing noise as i drove. ended up getting a $40 set of rear pads locally from advance auto.
i don't think i'll buy mail order brake stuff ever again, not worth it if you have any kind of problem the reality is there is no warranty because you have to mail it back. the cost of postage plus time negates everything. unless you really need/want high performance stuff, pads and rotors can be gotten locally and you are really not spending any more.

Never thought about it like that. I figured bigger rotors would be heavier so i never payed it much mind.
