Default Omg I'm so mad at these bmr springs and Koni shocks

So I'm no stranger to lowering a car. I've been in the garage for 6 hours last night and by putting on the bmr lowering springs, heater hose mod, Koni sport shocks.... It raised my car an inch 😳. I can't believe it. The car measured 27.75 in the back before the springs and now it measures almost 29. I know cars need time to settle but this is a little ridicules. Every one else I see with this set up is around 26 inch wheel gap in the rear. Do you think something is defective?

The first pic is before the lowering springs were installed and the 2nd pic is after. If you could help at all that would be great

What do you have for lower control arms and panhard bar? If they are poly I'd make sure they are not in a bind holding the vehicle up.

I took it for a drive and then spent 10 mins jumping up and down on it. Seems like it got even higher after doing so... All logic is thrown out the window on this smh

i wonder if something it bound up causing it not to lower down . When you swapped springs did you notice that the bmr springs were much shorter?

I had something similar happen on the front end of my car, turns out the upper end of one coil spring got hung up on the lip of the pocket it was supposed to seat in.

Isn't that spring for the front of the car? Man I really hope you are running a 550lb rear spring paired with a 270lb front spring, that would make my week!

You are trying to put the front springs on the rear of the car. The two front springs will have the part number SP002 on them and the rear spring will have the part number SP003 on them. Swap the spring around and you will be good to go. If you have any other questions or concerns please just give us a call.

Well... I've never seen that done before

You install both front and rear springs?
