No. That's not oversized anyway, that's what was stock on Camaro SS and the WS6's. And they just bolt on in place of what you have in those pictures.

I'd say the rubber. They're direct bolt in while the poly ones have some cutting required. Rubber is more progressive and absorbing than poly, which is better suited for those type of bump stops, especially on a live axle

Rubber is more progressive. I prefer the rubber when possible.

You can do that. You can slot the holes on the stop to slide it in a little. Or you can bend the metal tab up. Not all cars have it, the one in the shop right now doesn't and those stops went on like butter.

But I'd try and unbolt them and slide them above the tab from behind and see if you can bolt them up. Should be close, if not use open the hole up slightly to slide the stop over. Again, this is something that isn't like this on all cars.
