KYB adjustable shocks

Even the poly's are kinda harsh and they can squeak/make noise/ wear kinda fast. You'll be better off with the ridetech bushings and rod end.
Thanks for posting bmr2. You guys should offer a rod/rubber bushing combo like that. I set up a set like that for myself probably 15yrs ago. I've always been concerned about nvh stuff.
Fwi.....i even use that bushing on my mwc tq arm.

The shocks will likely bleed themself. But i always stand the shock up and cycle it before i put them on to be sure.
About the only way to get rid of the harshness of the rod end is to replace it with these. You only need to do one end of your lca. I like doin the body side best.

I think we are misunderstanding each other. I prolly confused you with my two messages above. They weren't clearly written well. So the ID of rod ends r to big (I can try amd live with it) now the actual width of the new rod ends are not even close to actual stock width. Which with a bigger size ID hole amd the width is to small then the control arm will basically float in the body side bracket. It wont fit snug. In a few I will post a pixtire to better understand what I am try to say.

Ok .....i measured mine. Mine are 2.5"....so then i was like hhhhmm. I then went in and took my place on the throne to try and remember just wtf i did there. Remember this has been like 15yrs ago i did this. But what i did was get the 3" wide ones and had them machined to the 2.5" that i needed. At the time i had aluminum double adjustable lca's so i had those rethreaded so it all fit. Sorry about the mistake.
Now on to help you rectify it. Easy fix......look up mcmaster carr. You should be able to fish around on their site and find a spacers to work. Or cut your own. You would need 4 3/8" spacers.

I do have those spacers that I had to get for the other end of my rod ends. Basically the spacers u see on thr opposite rod ends, they are removable and I may be able to turn them down to fit inside the black rod ends and be able to face them off as well to make them 2.5". Ill have to get with my buddy who has a lathe and go from there. May be a few days but ill reporn back with my final results unless I come into a problem

Cool man......sorry about not remembering. I've did so much **** over the years i sometimes forget the details. We all kniw the devil is in the details....lol
I think you'll be fine once you turn down your spacers a bit. And likely be a easier way than i did it.

BMR springs here with KYB AGX shocks and it rides fine. I was going to suggest the rod ends being the issue as Hio pointed out. I have BMR adjustable LCA's with Poly bushings and I noticed a rattle for the longest time that drove me nuts. Come to find out the front bolts were not tight enough...torqued them bastages down and no more noise. So I can see the rod end LCA's being very noisy for sure.

Ok guys, I installed the new rods with the turned down bushings/spacers. Everything checks out nice so far! Issue is all fixed and now my rear end is stiffened! Thank you all for your help and getting my issue all straighten out. Great people! This concludes this thread!
