Default Constant squeaking after brake install...

Im trying to pinpoint where this annoying/constant squeak is coming from as Im driving.

Unfortunately, I did a lot of work at one time - so Im not sure where its coming from.

It only happens when the car is planted (cant hear the squeak on a lift)

Work done at the same time (there was no squeak before install)

- New Pads...front and back - new hardware (could be the culprit but was already inspected and didnt see a differfence)
- Spray painted the calipers with high temperature caliper paint ( I have a feeling this could be the issue but not sure where to look )
- New Front Shocks - Koni STR.T (one mechanic said this could be the issue)
- New Lug nuts
- Removed wheel spacers

Work done after
- New front rotors
- Mechanic inspected (regreased caliper pins, moved the brakes around)

Any ideas?!

"Constant" squeaking? Does it stop when you apply the brakes? When you apply them hard or soft? Does the pitch change with wheel speed or when you go over bumps?

Does it happen in all four corners?

(We'll need more detective work and information to help here.)

Its a constant squeak as Im driving. Coming from the front (possible driver side only).
I doesnt sound like a rotational squeak.

Braking did not change any pitch .

Tonight, I did notice it squeaked when I pushed downon the front of the car - above the driver side fender. That sound wasnt there a week ago but its that squeak.

Makes me believe it could be the shock. What else could I inspect? Maybe just needs to be greased?

Poly bushings?

Loose caliper bolt and caliper scraping in the rim?

If it doesn't change with the speed of the car and doesn't change when you use the brakes, it probably has noting to do with the brakes. I would check to make sure nothing was bent or unhooked or moved out of place during the brake job, though.

If you can recreate the noise by compressing the shock, I would get a friend and a flashlight. Have them get in the wheel well (safely) and locate the squeak as you recreate it.

I had an issue once where the Raybestos caliper hardware brackets I used during a pad change were grinding on the outer portion of the rotor. I actually had to cut reliefs in the brackets to get them to tuck up into the caliper enough to clear the rotor. Then, it happened again later on my Hombre when I swapped to Camaro brakes. Same issue, did it again.

Check the outer edge of your rotor. If it's scratched up, there's your problem.

I had a squeak from the front of the car, turned out it was the sway bar bushings. Put some antiseize in the bushings, never heard it again.

Looks like it may be a faulty Koni shock. I'm kinda annoyed because they have less than 2000 miles on them. Its the STR.T Line. I have to send them in for warranty purposes and pay for the labor to remove and install a new one.

I decided to upgrade a few other things.
- Upper and lower ball joints
- Tire rod ends
- Front lower/upper control arm bushings

What else should I consider replacing in line with the above?
Im considering a Strano 35 mm front Sway Bar
