Default WTF? What is the tq for upper arm bolts ?

Since I did not have the manual with me at the time I googled the tq spec....I find 74 lbs
I finally get ahold of my manual to double check ....and CANT find a spec in the manual

main call out pic does not mention the bolt and nut....GM does not want the assembly to be separated ?

my manual is a 2000 ....my son has a 98 manual

apparently GM forgot to put the specs in the 2000 manual

so the answer is 72 ft lbs

as usual....i answered my own question
