front shock replacement
Hi I am planning on replacing my front shocks, car has 41k on it.
Can I just support the one side I am working on with jack stands and do the shock replacement or does the whole front end have to be supported across the front so it is not sitting angled?

You will want to disconnect the bar at the LCA to get as much droop as possible so you won't be fighting the spring as much. Likely easiest way will be to remove upper or lower ball joint, you'll want to support the LCA. I have had mine apart many times, but now I have AFCO coilovers so I find it easier to take the top A-arm bolts out. Several options, I would expect someone has a write up on here.

Check your upper shock mounts while you're doing this. Your mileage is low so it might not be a big problem but my high miler need both replaced.
Simple enough job to do even with some cheap spring compressors. Be safe and good luck.
