Again, there is a difference between truly bottoming out and hitting the bumpstops. And I'm sure that if you look at your axle, you will find shiny spots right below your bumpstops. I'm not saying that you can't run different springs, or that there won't be a difference between them. I am saying that most of what people feel isn't simply "hitting the bumpstops", but rather how hard they hit, and the car's reaction while coming back off of them....... That's a big realm of the shocks, and again most of these guys have crappy shocks, and that is a receipe for distaster. YMMV, and no two people are alike, but that's generally the case.

Pee Dee, what are these air custom shocks, where did you
get them, did you get any damping rates specs (bump/
rebound) or profiles?

In the past i have heard that spring rates in the 450 range would work well on the frount on a car with Koni shocks. I have also heard that springs rates of 300(stock rate) were OK. I would like to know what springs I should use for a Weekend warrior to handle well at the track but still work on the street. I would not want to lower the car much and i would use koni SA all around.

Proven combinations are 500/125 or 500/150.
I have 550/170 on my lowered daily driver and feel that I could go even a bit stiffer up front, maybe 600 or so without it feeling too rough.

I have no issues since installing the Bilstein's... then again... I've never bottomed out.

Default SHocks

What type of shocks should I get with the eibach pro kit. I am looking to add a stereo in the back that will weigh maybe 50 to 100 pounds.

I use 3rd gen Bilsteins in the back with Eibach Pro's. Sam recommends and carries them. Also, you could call Sam and ask him the same question, he's more than willing to help you out.
