Default wolfe rear anti roll bar

Is anyone on here running a Wolfe style, weld in style rear anti roll bar on the street?? If so how did it affect your car. Is it a harsh ride etc. Thanks.!!

It makes the car very rigid, and bouncy. You also have the be careful around corners, the swaybar does such a good job keeping the car from rolling in turns, you cant really tell when you are on the brink of losing it, and before you know it you are turned around backwards. You can always disconnect the link on the street, and hook them up when you go to the track

wouln't even attempt to drive on the street with wolfe bar !! the car would push REALLY!! BAD!! maybe would consider BMR or spohn extreme rear swaybar, both of these are even going to be a hand full on the street in the corners.

For the track get a Wolfe. For the street a Spohn would be your best bet. The Spohn bolts on while the Wolfe will need to be welded.

I'm guessing we are speaking of a large rear bar here? If so, it will not make the car push, it will make the car loose. As someone already said, it will be easy to get turned around backwards if you are not careful in fast corners.

The car it will be installed on is a 66 chevelle, BBC, 30x12.50 et streets, skinnys up front. It is by no means a cornering machine to begin with. Wolfe, BMR, etc all make similiar stuff for the chevelle as the camaro's. I am just worried a stock style setup will not handle a BBC and transbrake. But also do not want terrible harsh street driving.

We have complete suspension for the A-Body, that will handle as much power as you can throw at it. It is designed much like our Mustang suspension that has proven to be 7 second capable in the 1/4.

how much does the anti-roll bar help with a full suspension car besides the stock swaybar?

does it help any if yours launching straight as is?

(REALLY thinking about billingsley's anti-roll bar)

Well I guess if its too bad I'll just pull the links off for the street. I am putting in the solid mount, weld in. I'll be able to see how it rides after the snow melts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my wolfe swaybar. Car launches perfectly even. A little "gingle" from the ajusting links is the sound of TRACTION! I wouldn't have anything else.....
