BMR Springs with 17x11" wheels???
I've got 17x11 ZR1's w/315dr's and I had ordered as set of BMR coil springs in a GP. They came in and another guy(4Birdman)((Bryan)) put them on his car and they lowered it a WHOPPING 2.5 in the front and 1.5 in the back.
BMR advertises them at a 1in. drop all around(which is why I got them)
My concern is the WIDE tire rubbing the lip of the wheelwell as the suspension compresses..
My question is, will the added spring rate keep this from happening?
...also how much lower in the front will it be? since it's an lt1

Yo Mike! The car doesn't flex as much in the rear as it did before, plus it only dropped 1.5" in the back. I'm thinking you should be fine, but maybe someone here can help out more.
I hope they will because I'm wanting the 17X11s in the back of mine, too.

I've got 17x11's with 315's on my 99SS with the BMR springs and have not issues with the lip. I had a slight rubbing on the inside of the tire when I would corner hard and I clearanced it a bit. I wouldn't think you would have any issues either.

Do you have any other pics you can post or email to me? I have a set of BMRs but I'm really thinking a set of G2 springs would be nice. I just want to see another angle of your car. Nice ride by the way

Just enough to fill up the wheel wells w/out looking like a "lowboy-scraper"...
