Now, assuming that the nuts aren't loosening, what else could cause the PHR to change its length? There's really not much more to it than that from a physical standpoint. To experiment you could always re-install the stock PHR and see what happens (assuming that you have it still).
The reason I don't comment on the BMR design is because its been covered several times here and elsewhere. The adjustment in the middle of the bar is great for access, but its flawed from a design standpoint. Of course that's JMO...

Just to check to see if it's coming loose take a marker or finger nail polish and mark a line across the jam nut's and thread's and check it later to see if they have moved.

Ok. When you accelerate, the torque will rotate the axle slightly. This is a tremendous amount of energy and will very likley be able to rotate the center adjuster due to the load. I suspect that it's slowly screwing the adjuster in or out (but the jam nut is "stuck" against the phb body to where it still feels tight) and the length is changing. Just a guess, but probably a good one.

Actually, paint a line down the bar, jam nut, adjuster, nut and bar and see if any of it moves, that will tell you for sure.

So what's a good designed, reliable adjustable PHR then guys? Because I'm not too far from ordering some suspension/chassis parts and a lot on my list are from BMR.

why would you go and buy new one before finding out what the "REAL" problem is? if you go and buy a spohn or wolf panhard bar and you get the same result does it mean their parts are the problem?.....my.02

Ok I read all of this and I'm thinking to myself. Why did I buy a BMR? Oh yeah because it was cheap... I still haven't put it on but I was going to do it when I lowered the car. Is there anyone that runs the BMR PHB and doesn't have problems?
