Default Appearance or Handling?

Not sure which forum this would classify itself under, but I am looking for some powdercoated calipers. Just the stock size would be fine. I just put on some Baer Eradispeeds and they look great behind the wheel and once they are seasoned I will find out how much better they brake, but now my stock calipers look shitty. Does anyone know where I can get some powder coated stock calipers and how much they run?? Its going to suck having to take all of that back off again and bleed the lines again, but for the great look ah what the hell. Also if anyone knows where I can get a rear hard brake line (the one that connects at the differential and runs to the passenger side) I would appreciate it. I was installing my new steel braided brake lines and the damn nut on that one rounded horribly. I can get it off with vice grips probably, but I will need a new one to put on afterwards. That damn rear center line is the only one still rubber.

And before anyone else says it:

Possibly

I dunno??? Who is Jantzer? Does anyone know where I can get some of these, and how much powder coated calipers (stock) cost? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Even cheaper is just buying high temp primer, paint and clear from the local auto store. Not as durable as powdercoating if you're a frequent wheel changer or brake pad swapper, but relatively easily retouched. Will also require some grinding/sanding to take down the casting marks. But it's easily done for a few bucks.

I took the calipers off and used a $5 can of VHT red, people ask me all the time, "what brakes are those?"

I have a set of stock calipers I can powdercoat and sell you. Currently I only have almost chrome (looks like polished aluminum) and ruby red (same shade as Eibach springs). Shoot me a PM if interested and we can work out price and details.

There is someone in the Washington DC/Baltimore area that does them, but he requires an upfront core charge. You pay upfront something like $500, and he'll send you a powder-coated set, and once you return the old calipers, he reimburses you something like $250. Don't quote me on price, but I was also checking out this option with a fellow F-body enthusiast who has done that.

Let me know if you are serious, and I'll dig to find the info

Well I won't be needing those calipers anymore. My car was killed by a tree. I lost control as a guy cut me off then slammed on his brakes. I swerved to miss him and the rear end broke loose. Next thing you know I hit a tree almost dead center and total her.
