Default Difference between LCA's and Traction Bars

Basically as the title says I'd like to know the difference between the two on a pro's and con's basis. Reason I'm asking is because I haven't seen anyone with or talking about installing traction bars. It's always talk about buying after market LCA's. I had traction bars on my mustang years back and remember how well it planted those tires down. It used to take off like a rocket with only an istant of tire slip. I bought a set of traction bars for my WS6 a couple months ago and am getting ready to install them but now I'm wondering if I should since no one else does.... Any and all info would be great!
Thanks,
Bob

I've never seen traction bars for a rear coil spring car, they're generally used for a leaf spring car like the 2nd gen F-body. Do you have pics?

You mean there actually are traction bars that fit fbodies? That's really a mind boggler.

They're not standard traction bars... they're "Traction... ActionLift Bars." They look kinda like weird LCAs. Jeg's part #620-21700.

Well the traction bars from the 70s helped wheel hop, and actually were popular on 80s mustangs also iirc.
