Default Lowering the TA... Advice Needed

I dont want it "slammed". I just want it somewhat lower. Seems to be that a LOT of Fbodies go w/ a Pro-Kit & arent complaining too much about it. I'm just worried about bottoming out or scraping everything. I'll eventually have long tubes, but from what iv heard, as long as i stay away from SLPs, i wont have to worry about the long tubes scraping b/c they tuck very well underneath.

a buddy told me that i should go w/ the BMR springs b/c they only drop the car an inch. So basically, im tryin to decide b/t the Pro-Kit and the BMR. Also, should I remove the rear Isolator?

I'm planning on doing this when I get the rims.. which will be 17x9.5 up front and 17x11 in the back so this too is something to take into consideration.

Here is the package deal im looking at from Thunder Racing. scroll down and you'll see it...

http://thunderracing.com/catalog/?ac...&vid=3&pcid=91

I just dont know if i should go w/ BMRs or the Pro-Kit

any suggestions or insight would be highly appreciated.

Hotchkis are one inch, and have been known to have the nicest ride. There is also a GP going on for them.

I've had BMRs on mine for a few weeks now. I like the look and the ride is nice. If you want to see pics let me know

I recently ordered that package from Thunder with the intention of getting the BMRs, but went with the Pro Kit because I was told that the BMR springs are on back-order for as long as they could tell.

Well the before was taken the night before I got the springs put in and the after was the same day they were installed. They have settled a little more. Once you get them in you can tell. I wasn't expecting that much of a differance but it was a nice drop. I'll try to get some more pics this weekend and the final drop measurments to show the total drop

A vote for hotchkis here too! I just put them on my SS along with Koni SA's and I love them. I was initially worried that it wouldn't lower the car enough, but it looks very good IMHO.
