Arrow Best lower springs for drag

i do alot of drag/street racing but still want to lower my car. i have true duals but still want to lower it. so i was wonder which lowering spring i can get a better launch with?

None. You typically won't find any lowering spring that will help your launch. This is not only because of a difference in spring rate, but also due to the altered suspension geometry of a lowered car.

With lowereing springs you can still get a sub 2.0 launch though.

AutoX and road racing are two totally different things, you can't get a car to excel at both. You won't get a ''better" launch with lowering springs. You can find a happy medium, but I'm not sure what they are though. I've had the prokit and ground control setup and got a better '60 with the ground controls.

i know, that my track times will suffer. what im asking is that i'm going to lower my car, and was wondering which springs i could get some alright times with? prokit or lg g2's? you know what i mean?

I'm happy with my setup at the track for now, my tires suck but I run almost a second faster than guys with similar mods and stock height. I guess my suspension isn't hurting me.

I have heard that Hotchkis springs are for the best of both worlds....anyone else?

i want to lower it about an inch and a half not just one inch....

A pro kit will do better at the drag strip that the LG's. Hell almost all the spring kits will do better than the LG's. There are members here that have cut high 1.5's on pro kits.
