It seems like 1LE is the only thing out there, are their any performance springs that retain the stock ride height, or do not drop the car drastically? Also what shocks work good with those springs? I've had enough scraping of my y pipe.

Why do you want more spring rate? If you are at stock ride height, you have enough spring rate for most things. I'd start looking at shocks for a major improvement. The shocks control the ride and response much more than spring rate. And, to a point, shocks will "stiffen up a car" (which is what I'm guessing you are trying to do....remove the "floaty" feeling).

Otherwise, 1LE or Ground Control springs are about the only options that I can think of.

So how long are the stock springs really good for? After 100k are they worth putting on new shocks?

If you springs are sagging they are fine. And 100k is not a big deal for a quality spring (and GM's are pretty good) that haven't been subjected to absolutely trashed shocks for the duration........

And I second the coil-over notion. If you want to up your spring rate (and make sure of this, the springs aren't all that bad on this car, the shocks are what make everything feel so damn squishy), and pick you height the coil-overs are the answer.

Not trying to hijack; but, In my case I have stock shocks and springs and exactly 104k on the clock. What do you recommend for stock ride height.
