Default check out why I have no launching traction, w/ pic

I been reading on rear suspension to set up my car good for the track this winter. When I went to an exhuast place to get some pipe welded I noticed how bad my LCA angle was with my pro kit. This is with everything in my car (spare, jack, backseats, but not me)

looks like I need some relocation brackets asap. Im probably going to get some welded on. Hopefully they will drop it down enough cause it needs to be low!

the LCAs are used Granetellis from what I know, Im not saying theyre bent, they are at a downward angle when I want them to be at an upward angle for launching traction.

Need to install lower control arm relocation brackets to get the rear of the lower control arm lower than the front. We offer a bolt on relocation brackets to correct this problem http://www.bmrfabrication.com/cabrackets/cab2-full.jpg If you have any questions please fee free to email me or just give me a call !! Thanks !!

holy crap that looks like mine did after I put the 12bolt in. I have a Prokit on there now and it was fine with the 10bolt, but after the 12bolt swap it was 'wheel hop city'. Relocation brackets from BMR are REAL nice, I highly recommend them.

Dude! You need to get that fixed, seriously! Relocation brackets set to the bottom hole will give you a night and day difference.

Are those stock shocks? I sure hope not. If so, trash those *****.

Yes I know I need relocation brackets, thats why I posted this. Just thought it would be interesting to share the picture of how bad the angle is. On the street I get great traction with my 315 DRs so I never really have any problems. When I went to the track I noticed I started spinning and hopping pretty bad off the line, this is what Im in the process of fixing.
Yes those are stock shocks. No I dont have the money to buy better ones right now.

Dont worry bro. Shocks are overrated. Ive cut low 1.6's on my lowered car with stock shocks all the way around.

my stock decarbons were nothing but pieces of shiet
i was having wheel hop like crazy in 1st gear and even when i shifted
i had sphon lca, panhard, relocation bracket set to lowest hole on my 12 bolt and TQ arm. i could not figure it out then talkin to a few people and madman i desided to take the stock shocks out the back and put some hals in and its a night and day difference. after only 18000 miles but hard driveing and hard shifting miles the decarbons were fecked. hals set to 4 gives you a firmer then stock ride but not bouncy.

i highly recomend you get them and they take like 20 mins to put in.
i also picked up some "R" shock for the front but did not get thos in yet

I'm curious if you have a bigger wheel gap because of that? My car is lowered and I have yet to get some relocation brackets but after going to the track last week I noticed my left rear wheel had more wheel gap than the right, both sides look a lil more gapping too. We checked everything and springs were in place and everything looked good but I we didn't pay attention to the angle of the LCA.

Would someone mind explaining to a suspension-newbie as to what is so obviously wrong in the picture?

Thanks!

search for "instant center" IC thats where you will find everything. basically for launching traction you want the LCAs to be at an upward angle. In the picture mine ar at a downward angle, this makes the wheels "lift away" from the ground at hard launches.

I just got some BMR relocation brackets welded on yesterday by Texas Motorsports in Austin (badass place btw) and I havent really tried launching much yet but I did a little moving burnout and there was no wheel hop which was a relief. just got a couple more things to do then its track time!!
