the 1" drop looks like the ticket for me, my suspension is SHOT...only thing is, my 315s are taking quite a beating and the roads here in NJ are nothing short of shitty....so my question is what shocks would be best with say, the Hotchkis spring setup? I really dont want to spend all of this money and the 315s still get the crap sliced outta them, lol. daily driver does see occasional strip use

OT! my Spohn adj. Panhard bar, needs adjusting 2 times a month!!!!

Here's my Formula... Eibach Pro kit with Hal QA1's, probably dropped it an extra 1/4-3/8" in the front...

What's the difference, if any, between the LT1 ProKit and the LS1 ProKit springs?

Suggestion...

Maybe we could add a couple pics of cars that have been lowered using Koni SA shocks and heater hose.

This seems to be a popular set-up for those of us who daily drive our cars

Just an idea

Height and spring rate. LS1's are lower all around, and much softer in the front than the LT1 Pro-kit.

Posted this in another thread, so I thought I'd post it here too.

Front - Koni = upper perch; Rear - Factory isolator in place.

Does anyone have pics of a QA1 shock/strut setup with the QA1 springs up front and stock rears?

Anyone know about the summit brand springs? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku I just recently found out about these, they advertise lowering your vehicle between 1 in. and 1.5 in. If anyone has information on actual height and pics on these please post.

What is meant by rear isolators for the DMS springs?

Now is this some rubber that's supposed to sit in between the spring perch on the axle and the spring itself? I know some earlier Mustangs had a spring perch rubber piece to reduce instances of metal on metal rattles?

I just put Intrax springs in my car. Damn is it low now! No issues with ground clearance so far but I am careful regardless. Ride quality honestly seems slightly better than stock to me. Not as much oscillation.

The underside of the car and the spring itself....the axle tubes don't have anything on them....not stock anyway
