Process/details? Mine are clean, but not polished. I'n thinking of either painting or polishing, especially now that I have the ZR1's mounted. They have a more open spoke design, so the calipers are more visible.

damn you 76LS1BIRD....i ******* love your car...especially the color...what was the name of it again so that i can copy you and paint my 71 formula firebird that color

oh forgot about the calipers...anyways i took about 4 hours on each one...the things about polishing guys is that u have to be very patient...trust me it will pay off...now i start with 180, 220, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and finsih with 1500....then i polish them with my own polish that i make....it is kind of like the new mothers liquid polish that came out with the new power ball system

the key is elbow grease lots and lots of it!!!!

those look pretty sweet. are you going to paint the brackets a different color or are you going to leave them silver?

A hell of alot worse. Anything as far as wheels and tires go that are polished are very high maintenance. I always recommend getting those parts chromed.

Aww Hell, well im out I'll just get the red paint and do mine. I know how hard it is to keep polished rims cleaned and it's gotta be worse when the calipers get hot and the dirt bakes in.
