Default Suspension Help.

Ok heres the list of mods for the car currently:

pacesetter LT's , ORY , and QTP e-cutout

383 stroker kit

Head and Cam package from port pros

9" rear end with 4:10 gears

200 shot of some kind

and some transmission work




What i need from you guys is help with STBs , sway bars , SFCs all that stuff springs shocks Im planning on redoing it all..... just one piece at a time what would be a good set up id like to get adjustable coilovers n have th car sitting kinda low. Ok so i just need someone to let me know what a good set up would be with A arms and all this **** what brands to buy... because this is alot of $$$ and i dont kno much about it any tips are appreciated thanks.

The thing you left out is what are you trying to do with the car? What are your goals?

somewhat a DD and a weekend racer after i get my other car it will be strictly a weekend cruiser / racer

you have to decide if you want to set it up for a drag car or a street handler. These are 2 completly different setups. You may also want to start to consider how low your looking to go. If your going to do a drag car you dont want to lower it very far at all.

Well, Im not much of a drag racer but I can tell you what most of them have told me. Remove Front swaybar, Qa1 shocks. Tubular front k-member (saves a lot of weight), eibach drag springs or some V6 springs, LCAs and Relocation brackets, torque arm, sfcs, and some sticky tires.

You could ask Jaberwaki on Ls1Lt1.com his car has the Qa1s and has a mean stance with a little rake to it. He could probably help you out on a good streep/strip setup.

QA1 = drag

Koni /(with or without ground control coilovers) = street/auto x racing
