Hose Mod:
(you should have searched first) This is where you remove the rear spring rubber isolator and put some heater hose over the top coil to keep from punching a hole in the upper spring cup. Usually lowers the rear about 1/2".

Take a look at my sig pic. I've got the prokit and have had it for nearly a year and have not experienced any rear suspension sagging. My impression is that the newer kits don't have this problem. If you're looking for a slight rake, I'd put the prokit front springs on, leave the stock rear springs and do the hose mod to drop it just a little, but not as much as the fronts. My .02

They're on the front Koni SA shocks and, if used, will lower the front by 3/4 inch. Do a search on Koni SA for more info.

This is the setup I have on my car: Koni SA's all around with stock springs. Front has Koni's on lower spring perch and rears have the hose mod to remove the rear rubber isolator. I'm very pleased with this setup. It's not a drastic drop which is good but the handling was definitely improved and it does get rid of a bit more of the wheel to fender gap. Plus it's cheap and easy to do.
