little vibration in steering wheel after new brakes
I changed my pads and rotors last weekend. Since then, at about 57-60MPH the steering wheel would shake a little bit. I took the front wheels off and retorqued them and that seemed to take most of the vibrations away.
Any ideas?

it might be rust and debris left on the wheel hub after you removed the old rotor.
when you put the new one on, it takes very little debris and crud on the wheel hub face to induce run out. and runout of ~0.003" is all it takes to cause vibes, which will only get worse. get a green scotch pad and scrub clean the wheel hub face as best you can.
for other cars i have seen shims used under the rotor to correct runout, and some rotors even sell new like this for whatever reason. is it possible something like this was used previously that you were not aware of?

This issue isn't brake related unless a caliper is locked up slightly. After a drive, touch the LF and RF wheel, if one is noticeably hotter than the other you'll know which caliper is dragging. I'd take the wheels back off and clean the hub and wheel mating surfaces. I use a die grinder with a scotch brite disc. While you're looking a the wheels/tires check to make sure you didn't "throw" a wheel weight.
