I just got a set of bilstien shocks for my car. But my springs are bad so i am changing them out also. I Have TSP true dual exaust system so i cant buy a set of springs that will drop me more than an inch. Ive searched everywhere for a spring that gives you a 1/2 to a 1inch drop. Even if i have to go with a stock replacement i will. Will the bilstiens shocks drop my car?? Pretty stuck here and i dont want to buy a set of springs to find out they wont work and that i have wasted my money.

Shocks will not lower your car. As far as springs SLP Eibach, Hotchkis, BMR or DMS springs will give you in the area of 1" drop, SLP being the least. Stock spring shouldn't be too hard to find, I gave mine away. How do you know your stock spings are bad?

I believe it is just my back passenger side spring my car sits low on that side. It seems to be about a 1/2 to 3/4s of an inch lower than my driver side.Plus i figured while im in there changing the shocks just go ahead and do the springs too.

The clunk might be the exhuast hanger, the endlinks, or other bushings, which could be worn also. Be careful and don't rush to replace if you haven't performed a thorough diagnosis.
