It took me and a friend about 4 to 6 hours to put on the front Hal's on my car. I advise you to get some help and one of you know what you are doing. Do not put the car to low or it will rub the road everytime it hits a bump or hole in the road. I would set the same road height as factory for easy driving. If you drag race, put the Hal drag springs on while you are at it. I hope this helps.

How do you adjust the ride height, I thought you could only adjust the stiffness and softness, the 12 different settings, how do you adjust the ride height

you adjust the ride height before you put the front springs and shocks on... Thats why you need the right tools(spring compressor).....

15 minutes for the rears and four hours for the fronts.

You can also take off your front tires and just use the right wrench to crank on that collar to raise or lower the front of the car. It's a real bitch to do it that way.

took me about 1.5 hours to do my front Hals and springs the first time. ran into some issues with mounting the rears to my rearend, but on a normal car you can knock them out pretty fast
