Be prepared for a long day of work. I had somebody help me that had air tools. It took us 7 hours to install everything. Here is the list of what I had put on:

Hotchkis Lowering Springs
Koni Single Adjustables
Hotchkis Adjustable Pan Hard Bar
Hotchkis Trailing Arms
Hotchkis Front and Rear Sway bars
Hotchkis Strut Bar

I love the way the car sits now. The fender gap between my Z06's looks perfect. The ride is a little stiffer than stock but the reide is good. For this not being my daily driver it rides pretty good. Before you begin check out installuniversity.com for the suspension write so you will be prepared.

If you are just doing springs and ahocks, the back is eay to do. As 2001z said roghly 25 min. I do not have pics of it yet but I will probably be able to take some this weekend or next week since I will be off all week. I'll PM you when I have them.

Took me about 12 hours from start to finish which includes 30 min of lunch and dinner by myself with jackstands. But take your time and having the right tools will make the project fly.... I was working with getto spring compressor which seem like it took forever to take off and put on new springs. Also my top nut rusted...at the front shocks. I had to tackle sway bars because the car was not on the ground and the bushing wont align... other than that seems to go pretty smoothly..

Took me about 5 hours. It was on a lift, air tools, no rusty shock bolts and a wall mounted spring compressor. I had never done it before and I was by myself, just followed the instructions online. One thing I did different was instead of taking off the upper spindle bolt I just undid the swaybar end link bolts to drop the spindle. Rear is cake.

Prepare to suffer a little, especially with spring compressors and no air tools.
