I have poly/heim lower control arms and poly/heim panhard rod (all G2). They make horrible noise when going over rough roads. It is almost to the point where I am gonna take them off and try something else. I am gonna try to add a few layers of Brown Bread in the trunk area and see if that helps. Anybody have any suggestions?

Check the jam nuts! I posted not long ago with a similar problem. I have BMR APHR and G2 poly/heim LCAs. I took off the G2 LCAs because of the noise and put the stock ones on. I was still getting a bad vibration/rattle until I noticed that one jam nut on the panhard rod was loose. I tightened the nut and the noise all but completely disappeared. I then immediately centered the rearend and used loc-tite on the jam nuts. Problem solved! Then I got to thinking that maybe I had the same problem with the LCAs. To make a long story short I also used loc-tite on the LCA jam nuts and that reduced the noise tremendously. It is still noisier than stock, but that is to be expected. But mine used to be extremely noisy. I am 99.9% sure that your problem lies in having loose jam nuts.

Thanks a lot guys! I am gonna use loc-tite on the jam nuts and then spray the heim joints with what mitchntx recommended. I sure hope it works.

So, do I tighten the jam nut towards the heim joint or away from it? Man, I feel stupid

definitely tighten the jam nut against the arm itself and away from the end. The noise comes from the arm being able to move very slightly on the threaded portion of the end. The jam nut will lock the arm in place and not allow it to move around the threaded portion of the end. Trust me, even that slight movement of the rod end inside the control arm (or panhard)will cause a tremendous amount of vibration and noise. Also it is really good to use the loc-tite (or equivalent). You can tighten the jam nuts all day long, but they will eventually back themselves off. No jam nut movement equals no noise!

I have also seen people adjust the jam nut in the wrong direction, so pay attention to which way it needs to be tightened, most adjust away from the end (towards the larger part of the bar/arm)
