New Tires
I need new tires. I'm looking at Yokahama, Nitto, Toyo, and Firehawks for my Camaro SS. Which are going to be the best for my car?

Re: New Tires
Kumho's are good too... I'm running nittos right now... they don't grip all that great but they last a hella long time though.

Re: New Tires
What about the new version of the BFG g-Force KDW?

I have no experience with them, but they have good specs and look cool.
A lot of people here seem to like khumo, but I have heard that they can go out-of-round and cause vibration. Has anyone here experienced this?

Re: New Tires
Toyo Proxes have the coolest tread.
But I would go with some Pilot Sports on the fronts and some Nitto drags on the back.

Re: New Tires
I had Kumho's and never had any problems, it's a really good tire for handling, wear and wet traction.

Re: New Tires
KUMHO'S SUCK OFF THE LINE...ive only had them for while but i mean they spin easily into second gear if i launch it to hard...if you street race of stage it on the street every once in awhile they will spin... however they do corner awesome..

Re: New Tires
You can't go wrong with the KDW's. They hook awesome on the street, and decent at the track.
I can launch at about 2500 on the street with little to no spinning....all my F-1's would do is
On the KDW-2, it is mainly an import sized tire. Check them out.
