Default HAL/QA1 Install problem (rear)

When i got the rears, i thought i remembered the stock ones looking different, I asked the vendor and was told they were right, I went to install and I have no bolts to attach the lower part of the rear shocks to the axle.. I emailed and he said to reuse the stock hardware.. well the stock hardware is pressed on to the stock shock.. does this come off somehow??

for now i went to pep boys and got bolts , that seems to be working ok but looks very rigged considering the price i paid for these 'direct bolt ons'

I totally agree with you.

Some sponsors recognize this and include new bolts and stuff with the shocks.

Mightymouse, make sure you space it off the mounting bracket.Alot of people just use an extra nut in between the bracket and the shock for spacing.

I went to lowes an got 2 grade 8 bolts,2 nuts and 10 washers, I think I used like 4 washers on each side between the shock mount and the rear end. works fine.
