HAL/QA1 Install problem (rear) When i got the rears, i thought i remembered the stock ones looking different, I asked the vendor and was told they were right, I went to install and I have no bolts to attach the lower part of the rear shocks to the axle.. I emailed and he said to reuse the stock hardware.. well the stock hardware is pressed on to the stock shock.. does this come off somehow??
for now i went to pep boys and got bolts , that seems to be working ok but looks very rigged considering the price i paid for these 'direct bolt ons'

Re: HAL/QA1 Install problem (rear) Mightymouse,make sure you space it off the mounting bracket.Alot of people just use an extra nut in between the bracket and the shock for spacing.

Re: HAL/QA1 Install problem (rear) yes i have 4 big washers between the bracket and shock, the washers are even gold, it looks very very rigged for such nice equipment
