For people scared to lower their cars with headers My Z28 is slammed, and I have hooker headers with no problems.
I just took some pics, check them out:

Re: For people scared to lower their cars with headers Looks good. I just installed those headers for a friend. Mine is slammed, but his isnt. Do you have sportlines? Ido. I think this is the best header to get for lowering. Nice looking car as well! Bet you can't wait for the boost!

Re: For people scared to lower their cars with headers Can you measure the clearance from the lowest part of the y pipe to the ground for me. As mine sits now I have 4.25 inches on an unlowered (aka 4x4) car. Thanks!

as far as header clearance, i've got the eibac kit fronts w/ dynatechs and 15" collectors. you'll be fine.
