BMR Panhard Rod and there boxed LCA would be a good choice, as for SFC here's a place in your backyard www.spectaclesolutions.com .

THe 92 Camaro and Firebird bodies are the best of that generation because GM used "aerospace adhesive" to glue and then weld the body panels together (they were concerned that the dies used to stamp the parts were wearing and getting sloppy and wanted a "tight" chassis). But, I don't think you will get enough penetration between panels to really do much good (versus the extra weight) and agree that you should consider subframe connectors (I have welded SLP's, but almost any connectors will make similar improvements, some are considered better than others, but just get a sturdy set). Good luck.

the foam is not for the body panels but for the chasis rails. It was used on a fairlady z by sportcompact car and they said it made a fairly large difference.

BUT IF I GET SUBFRAME CONNECTORS AND THEN I USE THE FOAM IN THE AREAS I CAN?????? DON'T YOU THINK THE EXTRA STIFFNES WOULD HELP OUT ON ANY TYPE OF AUTOCROSS???

Im guessin if you got the KBDD SFC's you could do the 4 pinch weld mod, that Scot was telling me about in my post about the SFC's. probably better than foam

You would need a boxed rail for this
to work. If you have a boxed, hollow, thin-
wall stamped rail and you fill it with a
foam that resists compression, maybe
preloads the wall, you will increase the
stiffness of the assembly.
Thing is, most of the F-body chassis flex
is due to the rails not being connected,
not the weakness of the rails where they
do exist.

I did weld in SLP SFC's. THey are pretty beefy (but not terribly heavy) and you can weld them to the pinch weld under the doors for stiffness (they even tell you to do so in the instructions). Mine helped a great deal and I'll let you know about the autocross part after the first event next year.....
