Easier said than done, but well worth it!! When you lower your f-body use well known springs that post their spring rates, then you need to get shocks to match that spring ( call Sam Strano ) youll also need relocation brackets for your LCAs and an adj lower panhard rod to center your rear end. these will correct the geometry of your suspension after lowering. that should be it tho...

You may also want to get an adjustable torque arm.

BMR is also another company that sells lowering springs. Just a suggestion, only because everyone seems to go with the Eibach kit. Sometimes I wonder if it's just their name that sell products and not thier products. But then again BMR is becoming more known.

you wont NEED any of this, the car will drive just fine w/o it. but the relo brackets bring your control arms back to the stock angle (lowereing the car cahnges the angle) for better traction. when you lower the car, the rearend will shift about an inch towards the passenger side. its hard to explain, but if you look at the rear suspension, you'll see why it does this, and how an adjustable panhard bar will re-center the rearend. and the shocks will just help the car ride better and absorb bumps and all. again, not a necesity, i know people lowered 2.5 inches with stock shocks, it just makes the ride a lot more enjoyable, and reduces body roll when cornering hard.

my view is if you are going to do it you might as well do it right the first time....more costly yes, however then you will benefit from your mods. If you are doing springs you might as well do shocks since they will be off too and while your at it do the re-lo brackets and lower control arms because they are all right there together and then you need the panhard to center the rear... when you are doing all this you will actually benefit from lowering the car, not just a cosemtic lowering job

the way yall are sayint his is making it seem like everything else is a necesity to have after you lower your car. its not a necesity, but is worth the money you'll spend. and if you can afford it allat once, i'd to the springs/shocks at once, then the LCAs, brackets, and PHB at once too.
