Question Brake problems caused by alignment problem?

I desperatly need an algnment on my car. I hear a whoshing sound from the rear, and when driven very slow y car juts to the side with every tire rotation. ALso, the tread wear on my rear tires is very uneven. I've yet to get it aligned because I have been planning on lowering it.

Anyway, I also notice a braking problem, which feels like a warped rotor (I assume because I have never driven a car with warped rotors). At slow speed the breaks slow more and let go with every revolution. I also notice the breaks squeel on and off, ceasing when the brakes feel like their letting go. Is this definetly a warped rotor problem, or might it be the need for alignment?

I was informed it may actually be that a need a new tire, because one may be deformed or bulged. Does this sound like a reasonable possibilty?

Get the wheels up and spin the bad boy slow, see if it's the
tire or the rim as well running out. Bent axles happen.

Sounds like good advice, but what exaclty do you mean by this? What should I be looking for? Am i checking to see if the rim is wobbling with the wheel?

I hope I don't have a bent axle, I just got this thing replaced... though I got it from a junkyard.

Yes, looking for the rim to move in and out, taking the rotor
with it and dragging the caliper around.

You could do something like make a pointer that sits on a
block, nearly touching the rim near the outer edge on a
flat face, spin it and see how true it stays. At short gap
any runout that's significant, should show plain enough. If
you find there's a wobble that matches brake drag coming
and going, there's your trouble.
