Does anyone know if I use polished zinc coated washers, if I will make more boost?

Duh of course, that's why I have this squeaking and vibration, my wheel washers must be worn. Are the titanium or the zinc coated washers better for the wheels?

I always thought red washers make more boost and make something faster. Just like a red car can go fast just cause it's red.

everyone knows the fastest washers are the ones with ram air hoods and an extra 100lbs of mandatory options... because they have RAM AIR man.. i mean just look at it.. it must be faster!

I heard some people run ported washers...

who's done this? what have your gains been? who did the port work...?

I had Tony Mamo port all of my washers for me. Pricey, but he does excellent work.

i heard that if you're NOT tony mamo, its impossible to port your FAST washers, you'll screw it all up, and have slow washer performance with the drivablility of a pro-stock car.

The drivability of a Pro stocker with a bad hole none the less....

You guys are having way too much fun at Roger's expense....I think he subconsciously wanted a stroke so bad he sabotaged his 346!!

i put a huge cam in my car, and now i have a crappy powerband..

if i bought some stretchy rubber washers, do you think i could use them to replace my powerband?

Good God, people, where the hell is Choco Taco???? Don't you know you absolutely MUST only use GC washers? The ones that say Made in Germany on the back? And of course, the purple, not the green. Or is it the other way around? Hmmm... I'll have to get back to you.

i use M1 washers.
it ranks right there with the RP and other syn washers, but i can buy it in bulk at walmart.

anyway changing to another washer topic.
my rain wipers must need new wiper washers... the wipers need new washers which to wiper with.... because right now, they're always on, and i had to pull the fuse for them.

I just got the new F1 washers and they have really improved me et's, however, my exhaust is rattling like their is something loose in there. Any ideas???

Has anyone switched from an automatic washer to a manual washer? How much horsepower does it add? Automatic washers are for wussies!
