rear feels sloppy and unstable over bumps
ive noticed that after changing out my sway bars (from stock to 1le) that my rear has been very unstable. if im on the highway, it bounces and sometimes feels like its going to throw me into the next lane. I do have the wrong size bushings in there right now, but am going to throw the stock one back in. ive only got 19mm bushings because summit sent the wrong ones. here are my mods:
spohn chassis mounted TA -2 pinion angle
relocation brackets
poly lcas on lowest hole
9" with tru trac
bilstein hds
stock springs
1le swaybars (front and rear)
I think thats it. If its the bushings, im going back to the stock one next week anyways. Ive also considered putting my lca's in the stock location to help with my regular driving and turning. any other ideas?

Ive been told a 21 mm bar which is what I guess you have on the back may be too big for stock springs and even causes the rear to oversteer more on 1le springs. I'm not an expert on suspension but I was told 32 mm and 19mm was a good combo. You also said you have poly LCA's which are not know to be the best for handling due to inherent bind issues which have been know to cause similar symptoms of what your describing.

Sam Strano races/auto-crosses our f-bodies, he won the SCCA national championship with an f-body, he's the suspension guru for our cars, give him a call. His number is somewhere in this site.

I called Sam and he was very help,I didn't buy anything from him yet,I'm still deciding what I want to go with. But he helped explain somethings that really helped me understand my suspension.Even with all my racing exp,I still learned alot from Sam.
If you don't call him shoot him a pm he will answer you back.

Put the stock rear bar back on and leave the 1LE bar up front. 32/19 is the combo I use, and I much prefer it over 32/21. With 32/21, I got lots of understeer and it felt like the rear was too stiff. 35/22 is what Sam's Addco bars are, but 32/19 is a nice upgrade from stock.

Lateral stability is the panhard's job. Tires that get squirmy
at low pressure will magnify the lateral movement as the
PHR swings through the compression / rebound arc. Feel
this sometimes on mine, cue to air up.
Check that you don't have a sway bar link come off, or
something. You do not need different springs for a new
sway bar set. They complement each other some but
there are many variations you could pick, soft spring
and hard bar is a good cruising combo. You may find
that uneven pavement kicks one wheel and the bar
makes the other follow, more than before. This may be
telling you that you need more shock (as the hard bar
does increase the torsional spring rate).

thanks guys. im guessing that the cheaper and easier fix for now would be to put the stock bar back in the rear for now then. Jimmy, what more can i do with the PHB? its adjusted and tightened.
