Sound like I have a flat tire....
Thats what my car sounds after I go over bumps and over pot holes. I first thought it was my tires since they were bald, But I just replaced all 4 with GS-D3s and its still making noise. Im thinking its my shocks. Can it be something else ???

Well there is a simple test to see if your shocks are bad. Doesn't work 100% of the time but here it is.. Push down on your car: and it should go down, bounce up, and barely if not at all go down again. That will mean your okay. If it keeps bouncing a few more times then they're shot. The thing is, our suspension is pretty tight compaired to others. I know I need new shocks, however this method doesn't prove it. You can try it though.

Just a thought.... How close does your Y-pipe sit to the floor of the car? That could be hitting the bottom of the car when you go over the pot holes? Realy the only way to test if you shocks are bad is to bounce and jounce your car on the corners. And if the car settles @ the same spot then you shocks are good.

If it isn't your shocks, then its the LCAs. I'm sure of it. With the suspension loaded, loosen and retighten the LCA bolts. Make sure they are really tight cause you will get a clunk on bumps otherwise. It happened to me and I've read tons of threads about it too.
