Default adjustable panhard rod???

Are all adjustable panhard rods the same? Is there a favourite one amongst most people? Which one is most recommended?

I might get one to center my rear axle better.

Don't get one with the adjustment in the center. It weakens the whole assembly. If you aren't doing any kind of hardcore driving or racing, and don't have 315's in the rear, you will probably be OK with poly ends. But, if you get rod ends, get only the QA1 teflon ends.

Double adjustable will prove to be the best considering performance in all areas of racing.

We do have a special running on our double adjustable components for 139.99 listed in our "hot deals" section. Components are manufactured from 1.25x.095 wall 4130 chrome-moly with chrome-moly tube ends with QA1 XM Teflon lined series rod-ends. On-car adjustability is standard.

Welding process is sequenced and pulsed tig to ensure proper penetration with uniform welding while minimizing the heat-effected zone and reducing embrittlement. The kits also INCLUDE the upgraded bolt kit.

ALL suspension components are IN STOCK and ship within 24hrs (business days). Many ship same day if ordered before 11am.

Since you have the Strano springs call Sam Strano and see which panhard bar he suggests for your set-up. He carries our full line (UMI) and will be glad to set you up.

Hope that helps!

What are the advantages of a double-adjustable bar compared to a single-adjustable bar? What circumstances promote the use of a double over a single?

Benefits of double adjustable...Negligible friction, on-car adjustability, and light-weight.

If you guys want to maximize performance, double adjustable components are best to consider.

There are many discussions regarding differences so I won't bore you with details.

Sure, happy to help. I believe in the "big" PHB, the double-rod-end version in most cases, but it is case dependent..... Happy to discuss why when we speak as it seems we will since you are looking at getting some of our springs.

Would the double adjustable rod-ended panhard bars be more noisy and transfer a lot more vibration than the stock one, or are those things not an issue?

Noise has generally not been a concern or complaint from most regarding our components.

It is really a non-issue so long as everything is kept tight. The dual rod ends locate the axle the best, since they won't move after adjusted and if kept tight. Usually when you have NVH problems with rod ends it's due to the lock nuts being too loose (or crappy rod ends). In my experience that was the case anyway.
