I just purchased a UMI k member and front A-arms. Very impressed with them and customer service. I PM'd ryan and he told me the stuff could be made in 2-3 days, and I got them in 4 days from my purchase, which is unheard of. Every other thing I have purchased in the past from other companies was always much longer than expected. When I opened the box I was stunned, they wrapped the parts so well, and put so much packing paper in that when I took the k member out, I could only put 1/2 the paper back in!!! I have no Idea who packs their stuff, but it definately kept the parts safe. If I had one word to use to describe their parts it would be difficult to choose just one. Fitment, quality, and beautiful would have to somehow merge together. As a welder, I can appreciate the time, and quality of workmanship that went into these parts. I have used other brands for my rear suspension in the past, and after I kept breaking stuff, and/or stuff would not line up I built my entire rear suspension out of chrome moly myself. From torque arm to PHR to LCA's and even my transmission crossmember. To date, the only parts still on my car, or that I will now put on my car if I dont have the time to make them, is UMI's.
This is not to bash any other companies, just to show how I feel UMI does their job the best.
Thanks,
Christian

UMI's website says that their mild steel k-member saves 25 lbs. Spohn emailed me back saying that their mild steel k-member saves 32 lbs. and their chrome-moly k-member (which costs $250 more than the mild steel version) saves 40 lbs. Both vendors advertise their k-members to be perfectly fine on daily-driven vehicles. And the prices for the mild steel versions aren't that much different. Which k-member should I get and why? Thanks in advance for the info.

I have Spohn solid motor mounts and from what I've seen theirs is only one that will mount with them is this true?I have Spohn and BMR parts and have had no problems with either company.

I actually bought and sold 2 diffrent K members while getting ready to install my APS TT kit LOL. My first was a PA racing which seemed to weak !My 2nd was the recomended BMR which they sent me in the wrong color after waiting almost 3 weeks to get and was kinda built alittle better then the PA racing LOL.Finally I ordered a UMI and was shocked how well it was built LOL.It seems like they litterally took 2 k members and welded em together
And I was O so happy LOL.UMI gets my vote here
