installing bolt in subframes???

installing bolt in subframes??? how do you guys get the front part bolted up, i stuck the bar for the bolts in the little slot but how do you get it to stay in place so i can get it bolted up.

I didn't have any problem holding it with my finger through the opening and just pushing down to get them both started. With both started, it isn't going anywhere.

try and thread both bolts at the same time, raising the bar up so that its weight rests on the bolts. idk man, i dont have big hands, i just stuck my fingers in there
