Coil Overs????
I hear the sportlines are to soft and its hard to get sphocks that can damp the springs well.
I was thinking of runnin GC coil overs and set them up for a 1.75 inch drop, what kind of spring rates shoudl I order and can Bilsteins be revalved to handle this?

spring rates depend on what you want to do with the car. the good thing about the GC's is that its like $50 to replace the springs if what you have is too soft/firm for you. bilsteins are not ideal on a coilover like setup. think about it like this:
Bilstein HDs are meant to be used for stock springs
Revalved bilsteins from Strano are custom valved per what springs you have, and how you drive the car (DD for comfort, or canyon carving warrior)
so if you have a coilover setup where you can adjust the height and change the spring rates; bilsteins don't do you much good unless you never change your ride height (which eventually you may want to) or you love the spring rates and never change that (which is a crap shoot of you don't really know what you want)
your best bet shock wise are Koni S/As
I was wondering if the Bilsteins have the potential to be revalved and work well with a setup like this?
Best bet is GC coilover up front, with Koni SAs. Also, GC spring perches in rear, with Bilstein revalves (you won't change the rear rate that much, so a revalve should be fine).
I can't help you by e-mail. I can only tell you that your plan is somewhat cobbled together and doesn't address some important points regarding a properly working suspension.

The SA shocks can make a huge difference in the way the car feels. If your picky about this at all, then get them. It will be worth it.
In the rear I saved some money by using the stock springs and just trimming them to lower the car and get the ride height I wanted.
Here is what my ride height looks like, 26" front and 26 1/4" rear:
