Pop from Rear

Pop from Rear I have a popping sound coming from the rear suspension of my 99 Z28 during compression and rebound. It makes a double click sound when going over speed bumps. I have the SLP Eibach/Bilstein Package and SLP weld in SFC’s. I have had a problem in the past with loose LCA bolts causing some noise but I have checked all bolts and they seem to be tight. I also have a Borla catback but it is all tight and does not seem to be contacting anything. I do not see anything that shows signs of contact in the rear. Could something be binding, how could I tell/resolve this? Could it be a problem with one of the shocks? Anybody else have this issue?
I have that problem right now with the stock shocks on my '02 WS6. I've searched high and low and tightened everything back there and they are all that's left. So my guess is it's those. Hope that helps.
I have some noises similar to that and I believe it is a shock/s which are stock with 87K miles. I am actually considering the SLP Bilstein package. Off topic but how do you like that package other than the problem? Do you know how much it actually lowered your car?

I would not call these lowering springs. They do drop you a little but not much, maybe 1/2-3/4". I was hoping to improve handling and keep good ride quality without spending a ton. They are OK for handling but very choppy over rought spots. If I had it to do over again (and if my Bilsteins are shot I may) I'd call Strano first. I hate having to do something twice to get it right.
