Default What did I break (picture) and what do I upgrade it with?

I was putting in my Koni fronts and broke this. Should I replace it or upgrade it, the bushing seemed to have worn out pretty bad. It was at the end of the sway bar.

Thanks a ton for your help in advance

Not to highjack but I I had to remove the end link on one side of my rear sway bar and I'm not sure how much I should tighten it down when I re-install. Anyone have torque specs?? I've already put it on and tightened it down pretty good, just not sure if it something that can be over tightened.

Thanks

Just tight enough that you can't spin the bushings with your fingers.

I think the torque spec is about 17ft/lbs.
Anything can be over-tightened, that's why there's those torque specs

Well if this is the case then I sure as hell over tightened it. Guess I'll loosen it up a bit when I get a chance.

Thanks

If you don't have a torque wrench, do as Duron said, or you can watch the bushings and stop tightening when there's a slight buldge in the bushings.
