Default Extra part! Where does it GO!!!????

I just changed my front springs and painted everything black. Driver side was good, i think, but when i was finishing the passenger side i found this little rubber thing. WHere does it go. Do i HAVE to put it back in? I really hope i dont have to compress my shock again. I HATED it SO MUCH!!!! Thanks.

Yep, that's the part that goes right under the shock nut. I'm not exactly sure what affect it will have on your suspension, but I'd be tearing it down again if it were my car.

I think your going to have to put that item back in the strut tower assembly. I believe that is the rubber isolator for the top of strut.
